1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: You can return your item(s) within [7/14/30] days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received them
    • In their original packaging
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Personal use travel accessories ( water bottles, pillows, hygiene products) once opened
  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
  • Customized or personalized products

3. Return Process

  • Step 2: We will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address.
  • Step 3: Securely package your item(s) and ship them back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/incorrect item).

5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
  • We will either replace the item or issue a refund, at no extra cost to you.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it must go through the standard return process.
